Drop2Run

Drop2Run is a small Windows utility for running PowerShell .ps1 files without dealing with PowerShell commands every time.

Drop a .ps1 file into Drop2Run and either run it immediately or create a reusable launcher next to the original script.

If you received a PowerShell launch command with script parameters, you can paste the whole command into Drop2Run and keep those parameters.
